COVID-19 Safety
Dear Fit Storybook Family,
To maintain a safe fitness environment, all clients are now required to take a COVID-19 test and present a negative test result prior to returning to the facility for training if you do any of the following:
- Travel using mass transit.
- Travel in state, out of state, or internationally.
- Attend a gathering that has at or above the recommended capacity set by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.
- Attend a gathering with people who you do not live with.
You must wait at least 48 hours before returning to the gym and during that time, take a COVID-19 test. Once you receive your result, email a copy to fitstorybook@gmail.com.
From this point forward, your temperature will be taken during each visit. Learn more about symptoms by going to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, refrain from coming to the gym, consult a doctor and take a COVID-19 test.
If your wait time to receive your test result impacts your training schedule, we will make up your missed sessions. Sessions will be rescheduled based on availability.
Failure to follow these safety measures will result in automatic termination of personal training and general membership agreements.
